La tienda es muy buena solo deben mejorar ciertos aspectos
He realizado 2 compras en la tienda y me ha parecido muy bien, solo una pequeña observación para mejorar la experiencia del cliente: 1. Se demoran demasiado en contestar y el chat de la página está sin agentes. 2. Aveces tardan mucho en realizar los envíos. Hice una compra ésta semana exactamente el 27 de abril 2025 y hasta la fecha no hay ningún movimiento. Como recomendación, sería bueno que también tengan en la página un apartado adicional y/o cuando llega el correo de confirmación indicar el tiempo en que se demoran en despachar una orden a partir de la compra. Adicionalmente para que el cliente que sea nuevo o sea uno reciente tenga un poco más de claridad, no se desespere y tampoco desconfíe de la veracidad de la tienda. De resto la calidad y la línea de productos y el inventario que manejan son excelentes.
